A value-added agriculture venture of the Lower Brule Sioux Indian Tribe of South Dakota, Lakota Foods vertically integrates its processing and packaging functions with the farm’s production to produce over 45 million microwave popcorn bags and more than 4 million- 6 oz ready-to-eat popcorn bags.
