Tina was hired by the Intertribal Agriculture Council (IAC) in 2004 as a recruiter with the Farmer-to-Farmer program to help increase food production, distribution and improve the effectiveness of farming and marketing operations in several Asian countries. She worked cooperatively with Winrock International to field qualified Native American farmers and ranchers to volunteer and share their expertise in agriculture in five Asian countries: India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.

Before coming to IAC, Tina worked in the Human Resources division of Danville Services in Las Vegas, NV and the Marketing and Sales Division of Juro’s Home Medical Pharmacy in Billings, Montana.
